We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not solve things, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
